By accessing the 786ba website, registering an account, logging into an existing account, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the 786ba platform following any published amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned at 786ba's sole discretion following investigation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds within the account will be held securely and returned upon resolution of the investigation if no breach is confirmed. 786ba will endeavour to communicate the reasons for suspension to the player within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal process.

786ba provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party game provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions to service. 786ba accepts no liability for any losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable international law, 786ba's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's verified account at the time the claim arises.

786ba is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• Any interruption or delay in transmission caused by internet service providers, mobile networks, or device-level issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

786ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 786ba will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the player's account.

It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
